UV Curing Process

Our UV curing system uses advanced technology to create a durable, high-performance finish. The process begins with a UV-curable primer that penetrates the wood surface, filling any imperfections and creating a smooth base for subsequent layers.

The first UV curing station uses high-intensity UV lamps to instantly polymerize the primer. This rapid curing process creates a hard, durable surface that's ready for the next stage of finishing.

The second UV station applies and cures an additional layer of primer, ensuring optimal surface quality and preparation for the final finishing stages.

Precision Sanding

Sanding is a critical step that occurs between each major process. This ensures optimal adhesion for each subsequent application, whether it's primer, UV coating, or final finish.

Primer Application

Our advanced flow coater machine applies a precise 5.0+ mil layer of primer to each component. Each board passes through the machine twice to ensure complete coverage on both sides. This crucial step not only ensures optimal paint adhesion but also prepares the components for easy finishing by our clients, allowing them to apply their preferred paint or stain with confidence.

Controlled Drying

In our climate-controlled drying tracks, components undergo a carefully timed curing process, ensuring the perfect finish before final inspection and packaging.
